Project Manager
The Project Manager leads web development projects, oversees technical teams, interacts with account managers and is responsible for producing projects on time and on budget.
The Project Manager is comfortable working on a variety of assignments and technologies. The PM thrives on learning new technologies, has a direct contribution to the success of the business, and thinks entrepreneurially.

Interaction with Account Manager:
- Assist the Account Manager in his communication with the client
- Assist the Account Manager in doing estimation on new quotations
- Deliver daily & weekly reporting to the Account Manager
- Propose new development opportunities for the client
- Responsible for proofreading content and ensuring quality of message.
- Maintain project documents including timelines, internal processes, and deliverables for each project he is assigned to
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure that deliverables are understood and that deadlines are met on time and with consistency and accuracy
- Act as an internal communication lead by scheduling meetings and preparing internal and external agendas and meeting notes
- Plan for and control quality by reviewing items before delivery to client; monitoring and enhancing internal and external deliverables / documents; working with internal teams on needed revisions/modifications/enhancements
- Ensure project team is continually updated on client’s programs, including successes, issues, concerns or feedback
- Lead by example; display confidence and enthusiasm when communicating to the internal project team and management – demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
- Ensure the use of best practices and apply lessons learned from previous projects
- The project manager controls the quality of the code produced by his team in terms of: following the standards, comments in the code, quality of the design/architecture, structure of the database
- The project manager is working with the team to build, and design the best answer to a client need. Then before delivering the job he will make sure the development answer perfectly the client expectations
- A strong experience in development with any on the following language is a plus: PHP, Java, MySql
- Experience in software and database architecture
