Quality Assurance Manager
The Quality Assurance Manager provides general supervision and technical guidance to the QA Staff in the analysis and testing of websites and applications.
The Quality Assurance Manager maintains ultimate responsibility for assuring that all products are defect free and compliant with specifications. The Quality Assurance Manager is comfortable working on a variety of assignments and technologies. Responsibilities:

Interaction with Project Managers:
- Coordinate with Project Managers on conducting QA testing on websites and web applications developed by the Development Team
- Coordinate with Project Managers on reviewing functional specifications and requirements to ensure that the teams have relevant information to carry through the projects
- Deliver daily & weekly reporting to the Project Managers regarding QA testing status
- Directly supervise Quality Assurance Engineers and Testers including the preparation and delivery of staff performance evaluations and career development activities
- Plan for and control quality by reviewing items before delivery to client; monitoring and enhancing internal and external deliverables / documents; working with internal teams on needed revisions/modifications/enhancements
- Design test scenarios and data sets, steering their manual or automatic execution
- Develop and ensure the smooth conduct of test campaigns
- Ensure the use of best QA practices and tools and apply lessons learned from previous projects
- Lead by example; display confidence and enthusiasm when communicating to the internal teams – demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
Supervision of QA Team
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and experience with different aspects of the application QA lifecycle, including the analysis and review of requirements and specifications, writing test plans, test scripts, functional testing
- Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability
- Understanding of technical and creative design and development principles. Notions of web development. Literate with web terms
- Must be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication.
- Knowledge automation tools (Selenium, etc.) is a requirement
- Knowledge of different testing methods (Black box, White box, Performance and Load testing, Security testing) is a requirement

Yellowasp is seeking for a Senior Software Test Engineer that is capable of assuring a high level of quality for our clients’ web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Verifies that product operates as designed, through manual testing and automated testing tools
- Provides technical expertise in testing and leads in the automation of relevant test procedures
- Writes Test Procedures, and under direction, Test Plans
- Reports test results and enter problems and issues into the bug database
- Provides accurate estimates and reports of test progress
Requirements:

HTML/CSS Developer
Yellowasp is seeking for a HTML/CSS Developer that is capable of performing tableless coding for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide production support to the design team by developing site pages using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) without the presence of tables for non-tabular data.
- Technical execution of design assets including final HTML/CSS templates and project work files.
- Produce Web graphical assets (as needed) while adhering to pre-determined style guidelines.
- Produce standards compliant HTML/CSS pages from master source documents (PSD) for integration into applications.
Requirements:
- At least three (3) years experience with HTML and CSS.
- Ability to efficiently navigate and cut up a layered Adobe Photoshop document for design assets.
- Knowledgeable in Usability, Information architecture, Cross-browser and platform compatibility.
