• 2003 is the incorporation of the Yellowasp produced independent company “Yellowasp PCB Services Philippines Inc.” which provided offshore engineering services for Printed Circuit Board Manufacturers.
• In 2004, Interactive TV, a new BPO was born. Interactive TV was focused on designing, developing, and testing interactive content for International TV broadcasters and manufacturers.
  
• In 2006, HR Online was launched. This software is tailor made for all Human Resources and Administrative Management.
  
• In 2007, Yellowasp started offering a wider range of web services as well as marketing-driven web solutions.
• In 2008, Yellowasp moved towards being a one of the leading outsourcing web providers for the European market. Furthermore, Yellowasp extended its range of services by developing dedicated platforms for partners/clients willing to embark/outsource in Asia to benefit from the expertise of Yellowasp in terms of web culture and Asian presence.
